I need ideas for Halloween costumes?

I want a Halloween costume that can go a little scary (kind of scary to use on the eve Halloween!) but easy enough. Anything you can get at a mall that is fairly easy decent. At first I thought it was an angel, a fairy, Luna Lovegood, or The Sally's Night Before Christmas. Ideas for a costume, or suggestions to make my list?
