Kat Von D for Halloween Costume …?

I dress like Kat Von D (LA Ink) for Halloween. I've Manga "Tattoo Sheer" for my arm. What would – I wear? What kind of shoes, makeup, etc? Thanks for your suggestions and your help!

Kat was last year. As for the to use, just want to go with a tight fitting shirt that covers up the sleeves of tattoos. A black skirt that could be work, but if it's too cold where you live, jeans would be good. As for the shoes that just about everyone. Maybe a pair of black converse? For makeup, use a lot of eyeliner, lipstick and dark. If you have black hair, add a few streaks blonde if possible. If not, you can probably buy a wig at your local store for Halloween. Good luck!
