The Halloween costume idea?

My boyfriend wants to be Hellboy for Halloween. We dress each year to work and work for the same company (which Frankenstien / Bride of Frankenstien a year, a king and queen of the Renaissance to another, etc, etc), I want to "match" Hellboy suit, but not can achieve anything.
