Halloween costume ideas for kids?

I'm 22 and broke … So I want something simple for a Halloween costume that is not cheap. Something creative would be good. I'm 6'1 "and around 155. Atlético body and all. I do not like to show skin or another, but not cold here too. This does not is a must, but I must mention one case has ideas that are well. Also, I'm going to go to bars so easy to walk in would be something nice. creative and cost are my main concern!
