Halloween Costume help?

I'm as Demon (Gene Simmons) a kiss, but need help to do so. How could I to the flag / armor? The Pauldrons? The Cape? Boots? I only cardboard, duct tape, masking tape spray paint metallic double sided tape, wire jewelry, and aluminum foil and paper mache materials. There has to be spectacular. Besides, I'm a girl, so keep in mind that I can do all this in the open chest. Any help would be good. Thanks to everyone who answers!
